Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 23, 2026 · PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25 aligned.
iptvmaxcanada respects your privacy. We collect the minimum information needed to run your subscription, and we handle it under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where it applies, Quebec’s Law 25.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only what is required to deliver service: your login credentials (sent to you through Telegram), payment confirmation from our processor (we never store your full card number), basic device details for compatibility, and anonymized usage data to keep the service stable.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to activate and maintain your subscription, deliver your credentials, provide support through Telegram, improve reliability, and meet our legal obligations under Canadian law. We do not sell or rent your data.
3. Storage and Security
Your data is held on secured servers with industry-standard encryption. Access is limited to staff who need it to deliver the service. We apply safeguards consistent with PIPEDA’s security principle and Law 25.
4. Telegram Communications
Telegram is our main support channel. When you message our bot, your Telegram handle and messages are processed only to fulfil your request. We do not keep conversation history longer than needed for delivery and support.
5. Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses only the cookies needed for basic functionality. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell browsing data. Any analytics we keep are anonymized and used only to improve the site.
6. Your Rights
As a Canadian resident you may access the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent (which may limit our ability to provide service). Quebec residents have added rights under Law 25, including data portability. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or to the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
7. Data Retention
We keep account information for the length of your subscription plus 30 days. Payment records are retained as required by Canadian tax law. You may request deletion of your account data through our Telegram support.
8. Contact for Privacy Matters
For any privacy request, reach our privacy contact through our Telegram support bot. We respond within 30 days, as PIPEDA requires.
