Copyright Policy
iptvmaxcanada respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Canadian Copyright Act (R.S.C. 1985, c. C-42), including its “Notice and Notice” regime. We respond promptly to legitimate notices of alleged copyright infringement.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe content accessible through our service infringes your copyright, send a notice through our Telegram support bot. Your notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify the material in question, give your contact information, include a good-faith statement, and confirm the accuracy of your claim.
Notice and Notice Forwarding
Under the Canadian regime, on receiving a compliant notice we forward it to the relevant account holder and keep records as the Copyright Act requires. This process does not, by itself, disclose the account holder’s identity to the complainant.
Counter-Notification
If you believe material was actioned in error, you may respond through our Telegram support with the same identifying details and an explanation.
Repeat Infringers
We may terminate accounts of users found to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
