Last updated: March 23, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using iptvmaxcanada, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, subscribers, and resellers.
2. Service Description
iptvmaxcanada provides internet-based television streaming (IPTV), including live channels, video on demand, and catch-up TV. Channel lineups may change without notice. We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Do not share your subscription beyond your household or beyond the licensed device count in your plan. Sharing beyond your plan may lead to termination without refund.
4. Payment Terms
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment is due in full before activation. We accept credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT). Subscriptions are non-recurring; there are no automatic renewals.
5. Acceptable Use
Use the service only for lawful, personal, residential purposes. Commercial redistribution or public display requires a separate reseller agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
iptvmaxcanada and its providers keep all intellectual property rights. Do not record, download, or redistribute content without permission from the relevant rights holders.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for third-party channel content.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may cancel anytime, subject to our Refund Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms. We announce significant changes through Telegram when possible.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable province where the business operates. Disputes are resolved in the Canadian courts of that province.
